All, hear me up please!
Avoid this place if you can by any means..
We lived there for a year and it was the worst experience ever. 1st of all, the majority of the good reviews in here are dictated by the management staff once they finish their 1st job at your apartment they stand on your doorstep watching you until you submit your review. 2nd of all, their was a mouse in my apartment that I believe the previous tenants left because of it because we know they left the apartment mid their contract. We contacted the management multiple times they brought the pest control service but demanded us to leave the house before they come, they come and left, we got back and nothing was touched and the mouse was still their (there is no confirmation they came in the first place). We were very frustrated and couldn’t leave because they told us we will be rent-responsible. We managed to catch the mouse after 6 months of trying and when we were doing so we removed the stove and there was filth underneath indicating these people never clean after each tenant. Aside from the rat, there are ant wholes everywhere in the corners of the floor and the sealing that you will get used having ants all the time. 3rd of all, a lot of tenants there smoke weed heavily, and a lot others are working as mechanics in the parking lot of the complex working late at night almost everyday. 4rt of all, I AM 100% SURE we left the apartment cleaner than when we received it however they took the deposit and required more~$400 and I don’t know why truly. 5th of all, when was time to renew the contract we of course refused to renew it and there is a space to write down what was the reason for leaving that they always write for you. I refused to sign that copy and I told them that the reason specified there is not accurate and I need to write my own reason for leaving so they sent another copy that stated “ no reason specified” and never let me mention my reasons. Lastly, I truly believe these people should be prosecuted for defrauding their customers, promoting luxurious staying experience when it’s literally the opposite.

Jorge y Fabian came to my apartment to check my washer and dryer the dryer had a problem that can not be fix right away. The given me the option to replace it for another unit that they had available. That was so fast and kind . Thank you guys ..

Edit: You can see the response below from the complex. I don’t have any email from them, no voice mail, no physical mail, and definitely nothing in my bank account. I’m happy to edit this review once I get some real clarity but a “you were allegedly sent an update somehow on dec 16th” without any explanation isn’t going to cut it.

Renters Beware: We're owed $7000+ from the apartment since we moved out and they don't answer our calls. Ever since there was turnover in the office staff, the management has been non responsive, negligent and completely failing to address any issues.

You have two kinds of leases, month to month and annual. If you move out breaking your lease in an annual plan, you have to pay a fairly substantial fee to break your lease. We had a month to month lease. We send notice that we're moving out, get confirmation, so far so good. All of a sudden a few weeks later we get a notice for an "overdue bill" of $3500 that must be paid by 3pm that day or we will be evicted. We try and get in contact with the apartment, no response-- no one at the office. Eventually we pay and try to figure out what's going on.

Next day we call again a few times and finally get in touch with someone who insists that our rent check bounced-- eventually they acknowledge the possibility that a bill in their system called "Early Cancellation Fee" is probably not a rent fee, and it seems like they billed us incorrectly as if we were on annual lease, not month to month. Frustrating, no harm no foul as long as we get the money back.

Fast forward almost a MONTH LATER and we still have not gotten our money back nor have we been able to reach the apartment. We have called, gone by the office, etc. and reach a real person maybe 1 in 10 times, and every time it's either "the general manager needs to look at this" or "Are you sure you didn't get your money?". We moved out with ZERO information on move out procedures, where to leave keys, when our safety deposit (also $3000+ dollars!) would be given back etc.

We have been calling near daily, we have e-mailed, we have gone in person, completely unhelpful and almost always no response, and never any response of helpfulness just "we'll get back to you" followed by nothing.

At this point we're out $7000 dollars with no concept for when, or if, we'll get any money back.
Unfortunately I actually really liked this place, despite a number of other headaches in the past, but it's never worth risking your money like that.

Update: all the 5 stars reviews here are because the management staff members made people do it once they finish their 1st job at your apartment, they will stand by your head at your doorsteps until you pass a 5-star review. People don't fall for it!

Me and my family have homeless for a year,trying to get back on our feet. I make really good money,my credit is ok and my lady's credit was slightly under mine and we were denied. No wonder the homeless situation is getting worse. All we wanted was a place to live. Credit should not be a determining factor when you are going through homelessness or trying to get out of it. Nice property just really unfair. Don't know if we get our money back because nobody has called us.

I strongly advise against renting at 555 Apartments. The place is infested with cockroaches, and the management is practically nonexistent. Despite there's a office at the complex literally there's no management presence. Emails and concerns are ignored, leaving residents to deal with issues like a non-functioning payment platform entirely on their own.

The only people doing their jobs are the maintenance staff, who work hard to address problems
