After going through a turbulent one year delay in our construction project with another architect/contractor, I am blessed with meeting Mr.Hyder who has agreed to take our construction project. Right from the beginning Mr.Hyder personally got involved in our project starting with concept planning, designing floor plans, maximizing living space by applying city guidelines. Our building permits approval came in at a record time of 3months, Our project involves expansion of our existing home and adding an ADU at the rear. Our construction project started next day after receiving permits. The entire construction went seamlessly without delays and it got finished in a record period of 5months during which Mr.Hyder personally managed the entire project. Mr.Hyder is present on site everyday to provide his expertise and guidance to the team on field. The entire logistics was very well planned in advance without delays and more importantly Mr.Hyder's quality of work is exceptional and of high quality.
