First impression: The Ladies at the Front Desk are terrific! Smart, efficient, helpful and kind.
There is a reason there was a long line of people checking in...
You have to park your car - not at your hotel room spot- and supply office with location and misc info.
Rooms are just fine. Quick trip to SFO via cab.

Clean and well-equipped room. Breakfast way exceeded expectations -- super good selection of eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausages, white and wheat toast, some fruit, coffee, juice, hot and cold cereal. Really well done. Spinach in the scrambled eggs! ||No shuttle to and from the airport though. Taxi was $20 each way. Not bad, really.

A great location and the property is well planned and laid out. Rooms are dated but maintained well and one doesn’t feel the age. Lot to eat closeby. Breakfast is good and parking is chargeable.

Bed and sleep quality was excellent. Families big or small or just sleeping to catch the connection, I would recommend this place.

Room we’re neat and clean. There were less amenities in the room, just not how we typically see some hotels/inn and if you’re staying over two nights it will be ideal to have a microwave in the room. Overall the service is great.

I am pleasantly surprised at how clean, friendly and convenient this is to the San Francisco international airport. I am super excited to be staying here and look forward to my next stay next month! I am a business traveling nurse and finding a comfortable place to land each time I come to California for business is extremely important to me. Great job!! 👏🏻

Stayed here the night before a flight. The hotel is older and definitely not perfect, but clean and served its purpose. The property being old, the rooms are rather small, which I liked. A family may find it a bit difficult. I was on the second floor and have no complaints about noise. The staff were fine. They didn't exactly seem to love their jobs, but they were fine. Not sure if there is airport service. I took an Uber to the airport.

This is an a nice hotel. The rooms are a good side ,
The decor is somewhat outdated , older style but everything is clean and working well. In my opinion, the perks are the warm heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. It’s outdoors the large breakfast buffet and the large gym that’s area and open 24 hours. there is a McDonald’s Wingstop and some other restaurants directly across the street as well as a pizza shop down the block. Staff is nice. They have baby cribs if needed and they also have laundry facilities walking distance on facility.

Very good price for being close to Airport, although $15 parking charge was not expected. I was told they are the cheaper hotel parking compared to others near Airport. I also was told they have buffet breakfast in the morning (Pics confirmed)
