Our real estate agent, Jenny was super helpful: Organized, transparent, clear, communicative, and available for every question and concern we had (and we had a lot of them!); bonus points for speaking Bahasa Indonesia, my wife and parents’ native language, so communication was even easier for them.

I had a great experience purchasing a home with Disen Cai Real Estate Group. My agent Josh Lee went above and beyond for my wife and I. Since we were first time home buyers he made sure to carefully talk us through all the details of buying a home. At every open house we went to he made sure to point out key areas to pay attention to, which we otherwise might have missed. His experience helped us buy with confidence. Beyond that, Josh connected us with excellent lenders, insurers, and contractors which really helped us to make sure we had everything we needed even post-closing.

Escrow manager Tiffany was also a great help in ensuring the process went smoothly. When we had some concerns about wire payments she was able to quickly get a response from the title company.
