My mom and I were reluctantly selling our home of 47 years after finally accepting that we couldn’t financially hold onto it anymore. We were leaving the only state we knew during a pandemic all while being high risk medically. Needless to say, emotions were high and moving when you don’t want to is never a pleasant experience.

I met Fletcher in 2006 and worked with him for 3 years as his office manager. I have worked in the real estate field both as an agent and as agent support for 20 years in Marin county. He stood his ground with me when needed in both a compassionate and firm way. That is exactly the kind of tenacity you want in your agent. He will also stand his ground just as hard on your behalf when it really counts. Even if it goes against what you want, just listen to Fletcher! He knows what he is doing. Paint it all white. 😊

• Your goals are his goals. He cares about you beyond the sale and his sincere care for your outcome shows in everything he does.

• He is the hardest person to read sometimes, and I used to joke that you could set his hair on fire and he wouldn’t change his facial expression. That is also exactly what you want in a person who is negotiating on your behalf. His calm nature also helped us when emotions were high.

• Fletcher will roll his sleeves up and get it done no matter what it is.

• He makes you feel like you are his only client when you are definitely not!!

• Fletcher knows the market, has a large network of agents who respect him, and he has earned that respect with the way he does business. Agents like to work with Fletcher so if they see he is listing your home or representing you in an offer it will only help your case. Reputation matters.

We will forever be grateful to Fletcher for his hard work, patience, and care he put into helping us exceed our goals. Our home was the only asset we had left. When it mattered most, we called Fletcher and we are ever so glad that we did.
