From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Once we signed the contract with FG, it only took about six months for everything to be finalized with the city, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. FG was there every step of the way, offering valuable advice for us.
One of the things I appreciated most was their availability. Whether it was day or night, weekday or weekend, they were always ready to answer questions and address any concerns I had. They are truly committed to making sure their clients are satisfied. If there was ever an issue or something I wasn’t happy with, the boss himself would come to meet with us and the team to resolve it ASAP.

I did a lot of research and compared prices with other contractors before building my ADU. While FG wasn’t the cheapest option, I saw firsthand the quality of their past projects, and I felt that their work was worth the price. At the end of the day, I’ve learned that you get what you pay for, and FG delivered the best results by far. I’ve worked with several contractors in the past, and the cheap options always resulted in cheap, subpar work. But with FG, the quality was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished ADU.

Great experience with this company run by young entrepreneur very dedicated, courteous, and professional. Our project was to convert a 3B/2b 1300sqft unit into a 2100sqft 4B/4b nice home with 2 huge patios and totally rebuilt kitchen. The owner, Kang, worked diligently with our architect and proved very flexible during demo and construction stages, in the middle of Covid times. The company is using excellent subcontractors to promptly complete their scope of work, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work. This company will grow well because of its culture and work ethics which is rare to find these days. Highly recommended for ADU’s and home improvement.

I canceled the contract with another contractor after a year with many promises but my project has not started yet. FG helped me build in the fastest time with an amount that was not much different from the contract quote. I planned to build this ADU to live with my daughter, so I requested for it to be fully furnished like a house, I'm happy I got what I wanted. When it comes to build a new place, owners always look for stress free, no arising cost, and getting their new houses on time. Mr. Kang and Vu from FG Real Estate Development helped me with a garage conversion last year without any complications from start to finish. Unlike other contractors, Kang has never pushed me to get more money for the work has been not done. One thing I really liked from him, he kept his promises with good attitude during the time of construction. With that being said, i am going to come back with FG builder again. Actually one of my friends did build his ADU with Kang recently and he was also happy with everything. Last but not least, Mr. Vu always answered my calls, even though it's late at night if I had questions. I think it was really a big help for owners who usually has panic attacks like me with contractor who doesn't always explain or answer the phone. In conclusion, FG Real Estate has nice staffs, experienced teams to make everyone's dream comes true.

Their quote fit my budget, I liked that they had a team assigned to cover all areas of construction to the finishing touches.
