Aliana, from Beach Cities Management was wonderful during our application process. She advocated for my boyfriend and I to the property owner that we were trying to rent from. She was supportive, quick to respond, respectful, and kind. My boyfriend has rented with BCM for 2 years now and so far his experience has been great. He appreciates quick fixes to appliances. The only critique we have is wishing to speak to a representative who is available on weekends and after hours in cases of emergencies, instead of an operating machine. Overall, BCM has been great, especially Aliana.
