On New Year Day we realized our submersible was out due to a bad wire. They answered my call, a technician called back in a few minutes, and then they were out the next morning, pulled the pump, fixed the wire, and had us up and running before noon. Throughout the process they were very thoughtful of the cost and provided options to help save money. Everyone is very responsive and great to work with!

Discovered we were out of water mid-day through my morning shower. Called Yosemite Falls Well Drilling when I got to the office. They arrived a few hours later and had the issue resolved in 30 minutes (defective pressure switch). Voila! H2O. Thanks. YFWD.

Hi jumping on here because I feel I need to warn anyone that is considering hiring these people. I am currently in a better business bureau dispute with this business and directly in contact with Debbie and Heath, the office manager and son of mark the owner. One thing I learned is that Heath and Debbie are married and extremely unprofessional. When I called to talk about an accounting matter, Debbie said she was the office manager and also the accountant. I am not sure what small town hillbilly situation I got myself into, but I just want to warn anybody from working with this company and getting caught in their unprofessional business ways. I called to inquire about their service to test water in a well on my friends property in Mariposa that I do not own. Randomly a month later, they claimed someone showed up on my friends property to do the job. As no one called me to notify me or let me know someone was coming or ask for permission to enter the property. I don’t even really know if they showed up. I was no longer a guest on the land and in touch with my friend as her father just passed and we were all moving on. This business has been harassing me for over 2 years over a $100 bill for testing the water in the well. I have called several times and Debbie has been very rude to me. I checked out some of their other negative google reviews and it looks like other customers have had similar experiences with their unprofessionalism. When I called to tell Debbie I would not be paying them for the service that I never hired them for or was on a contract for, she told me I had to talk to Heath which I was willing to do, but he was not in the office. Heath tried calling me the next day from his personal cell phone. I do not accept phone calls from strangers via their personal cell phone lines. I was waiting for a call from their main business line. Be wary of the request form they have you fill out, it’s a trap. Also, Debbie went in and doctored the original legal document with some handwritten pen numbers that I never agreed to pay and submitted them to the BBB.
