Disingenuous sales tactics - was told I didn't need extra work done on my roof so I went with this company based on their "expertise" and the quote they provided me. And then they performed said extra work on my roof and charged me for it - way way way above the quoted estimate - like thousands more. Threatened to take me to small claims court if I don't pay for it. I feel disappointed and tricked.
