I've been very impressed with Verde Ranch for the short time I have lived here. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful. My home is comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. I feel very positive about my move here. Although I haven't taken advantage of the many amenities available I'm looking forward to doing so. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to live in a safe and attractive area.

We couldn’t be happier to find this treasure in Camp Verde!! From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted with the friendliest, helpful Ambassador who answered many initial questions so well! Mark Winne took us around to view models which were all beautiful but then there was the one perfect for us!! The process from the moment we walked in the door to closing was so easy. Mark and his staff have been nothing less then exceptional and available every step of the way. Mark in particular always went the extra mile for us. Bob and I truly have been blessed to find this gem in Camp Verde! Worth every penny for us! Thank you everyone from Verde Ranch Estates!

I retired recently in March of 2023 after 44 years of Electrical Contracting in Colorado. My wife and I discovered- found Verde Ranch Estates in 2022. We have been coming to the Verde Valley area for numerous years. We found this area a really good fit for us with climate- cost of living - and community. We purchased a home-Champion model in Verde Ranch Estates. We are very happy with our home and the community here. The residents - staff are very friendly and willing to help in anyway. If you love the outdoors- was really impressed on the trails- National Forest- Wilderness areas that are within 15 minutes of where we live. And if we need to do any major shopping- Cottonwood- Prescott are very close and Phoenix is only a hour and half away. Good place to be!

I am not a resident here but my finer half works in the clubhouse so I see quite a bit of it. It is absolutely gorgeous and fully loaded with games, comfortable furniture, pool table and a kitchen. The architecture is spacious and yet inviting with a double-sided fireplace. There's a fenced in dog area as well as a pool and jacuzzi. The homes are quite nice there are several to choose from and they're still expanding. If You're thinking of moving to the Verde Valley and looking for a newer private community then this might be for you.

We moved in at the end of May and could not be happier with our choice to come here. The people are very nice, our home is very nice, and the people in Camp Verde are very welcoming. The pool, clubhouse, and grounds are very well kept up, and there are plenty of activities for whatever suits you. Our neighbors are friendly and we are just really happy we moved here.

After retirement in Colorado, I wanted to live closer to my sister who lives in Tempe. However, I did not want the heat of southern AZ. Camp Verde has a wonderful small town feel and is only 90 minutes away. It is cooler and close to Sedona, which I love. I then found Verde Ranch Estates. It has been perfect for me. It's a wonderful and safe community with more than enough amenities to keep me happy. The sunsets and starry nights are amazing. So happy to call this home!
