I wanted to sell my home in Hilmar but since it was my first time selling a home, I had no clue where to even start. I knew I needed a realtor, but really didn’t even know where to begin looking. I guess I was sort of hoping one would just magically drop in my lap and that’s exactly what happened when I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Antonia Martin!

We met in a very unique and unexpected fashion; through a cat I had rescued and then she ended up rescuing. From day one of talking with Antonia I knew she was honest and trustworthy and very knowledgeable about home sales and purchases.

She always had my best interests in mind and I did not have to worry about anything. Antonia spent hours answering my questions, came to my home and took a video of everything and within two days had a very thorough Preparation Plan created for me, outlining what I could spruce up on my home to maximize the selling potential. She was in constant contact with me almost every day via e-mail or text, explaining each next step as it would come up.

As I was sprucing up things with my home, Antonia was at work getting inspectors lined up and I swear she is a one stop shop for anything and everything you might possibly need for homes, providing recommendations for roofing companies, handymen, inspectors, mortgage companies, title companies and anything else I didn’t even realize I would need along the way.

Literally EVERYONE Antonia referred me to were top notch, honest experts in their fields that were very reasonably priced.

When it came time to list my home, Antonia brought in an amazing photographer that took the most beautiful pictures of my home and Antonia was able to create a spectacular, inviting posting on the MLS website. It only took a couple of days for offers to start coming in from prospective buyers!

I had no idea how much paperwork came with selling a home and mentioned over and over again how fortunate I was to have Antonia leading me every step of the way. Antonia is a gem and I highly recommend her!

I met Antonia by accident. She was the broker for the famous "rat" house. This was a house that was infested by rats. I was surprised that she was able to sell it!
At the time I already have another broker but she was not friendly or helpful. I switched to Antonia.
She was very helpful in my search for houses at Los Banos. Since I live in Texas she would video the houses that I was interested in and send it to me. When I found my house I had her as my broker even though I found the house myself.
She went above and beyond in her role as a real estate broker. When I moved into my new house, she left me toilet tissues, paper towels, detergent and other critical need stuff for my house. She even left me a whole bag of cherry from her own farm. I really appreciated her action.
I would strongly recommend using her services if you are ever in need of a real estate broker. I know if I need to buy or sell another property she would be my broker. You can not find a better agent nor can you go wrong with her.

I'd like to share with you what an amazing Agent Antonia is.

She was able to get us 4 offers on opening weekend. She did the counter offers and provided us with all the information she had and could. After our first offer went south, we cancelled it 4 days after it was supposed to close and we were back in contract with one of the other offers within a few hours.

Antonia's actions were consistently professional, she was on top of the details, she gave me information on the flow of the process and was very good at communicating along the way.

Antonia helped us get it all under contract again, 2nd time was a charm. No issues, that we were aware of, smooth transaction, and although at a holiday, closed a few days early.
