My experience with this company has been bittersweet. Initially I contacted the representative in January and there was no response. Eventually I reached out to corporate who responded. I showed corporate the emails that went unanswered from the representative at the Devonwood Village location. Corporate apologized but I still decided not to work with them.

Fast-forward, to May, I saw that their Devonwood Village location was still online showing as available. I contacted them via my Realtor and was told that those properties are no longer available. They are sold out.

So why have them posted on the website? At least they could do like the major new home builders and list the community as 'sold out'. That would save people a lot of time and frustration. Especially in this housing market where people are looking for homes to purchase and it can be a stressful process.

My family drove by the area where Devonwood Village is located and although the finished homes are nice, the unfinished homes are sitting exposed in the elements. There's an empty lot littered with trash next to an unfinished home. I'm not sure if the company owns the lot and plans to continue construction on the lot. There were also a lot of homeless people nearby.

I did see that the community was close to a shopping center with major retailers. The close proximity is good for those without a vehicle or wanting to make quick trip without starting the car.

I will say there is room for improvement with this company. They seem like a small mom and pop company even though their website states that they've been around for several decades. I hadn't heard of them before this year.
