How do they have that second star. 1 star ⭐️ is sufficient. Moved out August 12 because we couldn’t deal with them any more, still no word on how much I owe or how much they owe me, no estimate. The apartment complex San Luis Bay , where I use to live tells me to call the corporate office , when u call the corporate office it’s impossible to speak to a live human and no one calls u back . I just want to know how much I owe .

Avoid GSF Properties rentals at ALL COSTS. They trapped me in a month-to-month agreement with other tenants I haven't lived with or spoken to for a WHOLE YEAR. I was told repeatedly that I couldn't leave the agreement unless the other tenants showed proof of income. California law states that if it's a month-to-month agreement a person can leave at any time as long as they give ample notice. I have email proof of this notice BEFORE my yearly lease ended and DURING the month-to-month agreement that they trapped me in. I thankfully got help from a lawyer and the current tenants of the apartment moved out releasing me from the lease. This started in May of 2022 and ended only TODAY. Do not rent with GSF under ANY circumstance. Save yourself. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 My site also changed their leasing manager 3 TIMES in one year....

You absolutely do not want to move in here we have extreme vagrant problems, theft problems, harassment problems bug problems.. etc. the list goes on and to make matters worse its impossible for residents to get a hold of management when there is a problem. our gate was broken for 5 months before they finally fixed it exasperating the vagrant issues. they tell us theyll put up cameras. ive lived here for 9mo they still have done nothing.. several residents have to call the cops regularly because security doesnt show up to do there job, and when he does he drives straight through. i have called there corporate offices to get them to help us. they assured us they would but it was another lie. for safety's sake. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

They were extremely polite and very helpful. Fixed the maintenance problem right away. Our temporary apt manager is doing a really good job. Keep up the good work Chloe. I think that's her name.

We are having serious problems with our neighbors smoking all day and all night. the local office managers did nothing about it so we contacted GSF properties, they never answered our emails. So we called them and interestingly they never picked up the phone either. Basically, there is no way that you can find them and ask them to do their job.

Very upset. It’s been almost 3 months since we heard from them. We went back about two weeks ago and they said they were lacking staff members to get jobs done and didn’t even do the walk through yet. Mind you we moved out the 15th of April. It’s now July 7th. Now the apartment is up for rent in their website and we still haven’t heard a word. Very unprofessional and trying to seek legal help to see what we could do.

CON ARTISTS. That is all I have to say. Rent from another property management company unless you like being lied to and screwed out of your money.

between the shady management in the corporate office & the attitude of the local property managers, I don't know which is worse. They have a LONG LONG history of outright stealing deposits. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATES.

these people run on corporate greed, not what is in best interest for their tenants.

Living was wonderful and management was great, even referred two people who are now living at village meadows, but DO NOT MOVE INTO A VILLAGE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU DON'T PLAN ON LEAVING. I've heard of people losing most of their deposit but to get back only 80 dollars from the 1200 that started when there were no damages is completely ridiculous.
