Anything the company says is a lie.
They have continued to say the same lies and excuses. This is not a one time things it’s happening to people all over

They refuse to fix anything and now they deleted my review. Terrible company. Angie has no one holding her accountable and she is over worked and overwhelmed and has given me the same excuses for a year. I’ve hit my breaking point. The property management / owner will not allow us to renew our rent and they verbally said they won’t fix anything but we can keep living here and pay rent so yay

Worst property management company I have ever had to deal with.
Poor response time to tenant work order request. Just all around bad management practices.
This company along with the property owner left my family and I without hot water for over 2 weeks. Not until after I made a complaint to the city about the conditions that we were left to live in, the company had the water heater repaired and then told us the next day, we had 2 months to give the property back.
If you come across a property that they manage, be aware that they are gonna treat you like a slum lord would.
We are currently suing them because of this along with many other laws they have broken against us a renters. Don't do business with them.

The whole year and a half renting from them they were unreachable, from the property manager they said to call to the front office. They hardly answer the phone and then when they do they say someone will call back and no one ever does. They gave the home with dead cockroaches scattered around, the fence was rotting and broken and allowed large dogs to come in the backyard which tried to attack my young daughter multiple times to where we eventually had to stop using the yard all together. This was brought to the attention of the property manager to which they acknowledged but never did anything. They kept my deposit for over the legal 21 days despite attempting to be in contact and up to date and tried to have us wait even longer to get it back to where we had to threaten filing with the court just to get it the same day. They will probably respond by saying they don’t do business like this and our situation is an exception like they do to the others however they are unprofessional and extremely difficult to work with.
