Jason was at our house the day after Milton hit Tampa. He climbed on our roof and started to remove 4 trees that had fallen. After that he was able to patch the roof for protection. Jason and his crew built us a beautiful home. It is absolutely perfect! If you have a problem they are true to their word and they will fix it and make sure you are satisfied before they leave. When you call them about a problem, don't be quick to judge because they do have other projects they are working on and problems can arise but they will get to you. Jason is as honest and as nice a guy as they come. After a year we are still in awe how beautiful our home is. So very proud of it. Thank you Jason & HDC Homes for making our dream come true!❤️

Our roof received damage from the hurricane last fall. I met with Nick the sales rep then Jason (owner) himself came to meet us. He gave us a quote and when we agreed to the price he ordered the product right away. We had our roof completed months before many of your neighbors. Our previous roof was only about 5 years old but had rotted wood and Jason made sure it was replace. They even found people to do the stucco work. Very satisfied with Jason and his crew.

We had a phenomenal experience with Holley Development Corp. when we contracted them to replace all of our windows and an oversized sliding glass door in our home.
Their customer service was exceptional handling the entire process from permitting to final inspection.
I had sought out several estimates and was just so impressed dealing with Jason. His knowledge and expertise was
impressive and their pricing was competitive.
The process was seamless and stress less and we are sooo pleased with the final outcome. They replaced 4 windows and the slider in one day and also cleaned up leaving my property just the way they found it.
I would definitely use their services again.

We hired HDC Homes for a major renovation, which, among other upgrades, included new windows and doors. Although the shifting and settling of our older home could have made the job difficult, HDC wasn't fazed by any of the challenges that cropped up. They were very professional, efficient and flexible. The end result is beautiful! Our only regret is not hiring them sooner.
