Nice place to live, well kept, maintenance is on top of everything, they are fast and efficient. Krystal is stern but nice. Other office staff could use some improvements. On weekends, it's hard to get a hold of someone. Ever since Covib, they went from walk-ins welcome to appointments only, and now the door is closed most of the time. The office hours also changed from 9am-6pm to 9 am-5 pm. For us that work and get out around 3pm-4pm we don't have time to go to the office if needed. Overall, it's a great place to live with a great maintenance team and a manager that enforces the rules fairly and equally. Like all places, there's room for improvements

Barely moved out of this complex and it was the best choice I ever did,I was literally counting down the days of my move out day because I didn’t want to be there no more .one of the gates would always break it was annoying .They would close the pool lots of times and the gym lots of times as well.they look nice to live in but don’t do it ,They scam you by charging you extra cleaning and replacing the carpets even if they’re still new and clean . We lived in a 3 bedroom unit and the 3rd bedroom was a guest bedroom which it was hardly even used probably once every 2 months my parents would come visit just for 2 nights and that’s all , the carpet was still new no stains.no dog was ever there, no one would ever be in that room,and was still charged to replace it. There were rats and roaches as well. lots of ants inside the unit it was ridiculous cleaning everyday so the ants not to come back but there was so much ants.every night I would see rats coming out the balcony's it was nasty and roaches everywhere. I would recommend residents that live there to take pictures of everything before moving out the unit and residents that are barely moving in the unit to take pictures of the whole unit before moving stuff in the unit to have prove of everything because living in this complex you need prove before they try to charge you extra money. My biggest regret was not to take pictures of everything to have prove of everything . So residents plz take pictures of everything in your unit. I’m so happy to be out of there .

WORST LEASING STAFF I HAVE EVER MET!!!
SHE LOOKED AT ME FROM HEAD TO TOE THE MOMENT I STEPPED IN TO THE OFFICE.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get her name but I think she is the only one working there during weekends. Go resign from your job if you don’t want people coming to you and requesting for a tour!!!

This is a horrible place!!!!! They will treat you like scum no matter how nice you are. It only outwardly looks nice, but that's it. Run!!!!!! Each member of staff hates the tenants.

Just moved in a few days ago.. when i applied for this place i was iffy at first due to reviews about roaches but i havent seen any yet and it’s been quiet here i love it so far.. thank you Krystal for helping me and my babies 💖

This Apartment Complex is terrible. First off the outside smells horrid like dog pee and poop. There has been dog poop and dirty bloody pads left in bushes and the middle of the street for days. There are constantly roaches and rats running around. When my family first moved in, the apartment was filled with cat hair. *They are allergic to cats* Thirdly the leasing agents are terribly RUDE to people. I would suggest not moving here.

I have lived here at Avila for the last three years and I am so glad I live here. Krystal in the front office has always been extremely helpful and attentive if I have any issues or concerns. I have always been very respectful and patient with the outstanding people in the front office and it’s paid dividends as they have been so helpful and attentive to me and my family. Keep up the good work!!!

Avila Apartments in Menifee CA is a great place to live. It's surprisingly quiet even though the 215 freeway is behind the complex. The grounds are kept nice & clean. Kudos to the maintenance crew for keeping it that way 👍👍. Lisa, Krystal, & Jill from the Leasing Office are AWESOME! I haven't walked in their office without a smile ☺️. My dog loved the treats Lisa gave her, & that is surprising because she normally doesn't warm up to new people that quickly! It's so nice to have the Leasing office take care of your packages. I don't have to stress about having them stolen or misplaced. Another plus about Avila is the attached 1 car garage to some units like mine. It's really spacious. I'm so fortunate for finding an affordable & nice place like Avila. I wouldn't have the same perks for the price if I were back in Long Beach CA.
