Rockport Ranch, a beautiful community and hidden gem in Southern California, has been a proud addition to my real estate portfolio. Like many new enthusiastic owners, I immediately arranged to begin the remodeling process, only to find numerous defects throughout the property—from an uneven slab that holds the AC conditioning compressor, default breakers, and a leaking bathtub. Therefore, I highly recommend hiring a professional inspection company such as ELITE INSPECTION to generate a report and submit it to the customer care service. Due to the previous experience of being brushed off by my assigned customer care representative, I have engaged the VP of Operations and Director of Customer Service to ensure their team is on top of the situation. This gives me peace of mind, knowing that the leadership is aware of the issues. Every day of delay means additional costs on my end.

Jackie Stairs from SALES was simply amazing and was instrumental in helping me acquire the lot of my dreams. She was patient, thorough, and her years of real estate experience in the area eased many of my concerns. Thank you!

They advertise this build with a resort style pool and instead they built a 31/2ft pool false advertising 💵😡they also voted in HOA with out a Vote from the home owners not good 😡

We were in the process of purchasing a home with Lennar at Rockport Ranch in Menifee, CA, but we canceled our contract because of the poor customer service we received by sales and Lennar Mortgage. Lennar's staff lack the ability to communicate and response to questions. We went with a different builder and could not believe the difference in service and quality of home we are getting compared to Lennar.
