Very clean neighborhood and a good view of the lake. I feel like the neighborhood kids/teens own the streets their when riding around on their golf carts and electric bikes. They just need to abide by the rules of the road and respect vehicles when trying to drive safely.

It is by far a slice of heaven living in. People are nice, things are well maintained and it's wonderful to go for a walk at night and even do things like fish. It's a wonderful place to raise your children.

Loved the entry into the development. Gorgeous palm trees groomed impeccably and stonework. Homes were beautiful and curb appeal was eye catching. The gated community is a major plus. I would love to live there.

Beautiful and affordable place to live, and the lake view is so pleasant, especially with the mountains in the background. The only disappointment is that sometimes schoolchildren cut through the footpath sometimes school children cut through the foot pass by the lake, and they just throw their garbage on the sidewalk without any qualms.

It is awesome there you can catch the fish and go eat them for dinner (if there the right size) and every year they have a contest were the people\person will win a prize for catching the biggest fish they have one category for kids and another for grown ups and elderly and the best thing is you can live right next to it all
