Truck driver to Valiant Steel the entrance is on Vandell Blvd, then go to the cars parking lot and check-in in the office

The receiver Matt Ellis was very rude and unprofessional he and another employee wanted me to pick up their wood that came with the load which was not my job! Now if the forklift driver would have asked me politely I had no problem with it. I don’t like when people are rude and disrespectful.

It's ridiculous the amount of paperwork they have to do while we're still waiting to get out of there. No other place we've ever been to does this. The forklift drivers are very friendly though. Just need to find a better way than the paperwork to keep track.

The receiving department is slow as ever. I checked in at 8:15 am an 3 trucks were ahead of me an I didn't get out of there til 1:30 pm

If delivering to Valiant steel, be ready to waste your day. Very slow unloading. No respect to drivers at all. Awful place.

So to reach that place you need to get off from 59 interstate and take exit to Forest Avenue then go through forest and make a right on the vandal street then go on Wendell Street has Prax air industrial and on the left side you will see a little bus which is right between Hickory Street and Brooks air industrial
