I have absolutely no positive comments about these people. They were hired to survey 20 acres in May of 2023. There was hardly any communication, as I figured I’d just leave them alone and let them do their job. I did this for NINE months. Finally I told them to either get it done or take a BBB complaint and I’d find someone else. They then said they’d have it done in another MONTH. So I gave them what ended up being longer than a month, only to find out they submitted the wrong property lines to the city. Then complained they haven’t been paid when the contract stated UPON COMPLETION. These people were overpriced anyways, so a year and a half after first signing these people contracts I got someone else to do this job who can for sure have it done in under 30-45 days. Do not trust these people to work on their own unbothered as they can’t seem to be trusted to do that.

A+ service. They communicated through the entire process in installing our new septic system. We had a few huddles come up because of our difficult yard. They had a plan and made sure every thing was completely perfect. They went over and beyond to make sure we never have problems again. I recommend them to anyone with a septic system.

A survey is a critically important part of any real estate purchase that MUST be accurate and professional. Xram inc is absolutely both. I can't express how impressed I am with how through their research was and how tenacious their efforts were when a number of serious encroachments were uncovered.
They prepped critical docs and came to a county commission rezoning hearing in suit n tie to succesfully rerepresent our potential issues. Our site was mountainous and rugged but their very latest technology instruments combined with their years of experience soon discovered a number of longterm line encroachments that generations of previous surveyors completely missed or just ignored.
Their final report was incredibly detailed and documented all the previous survey errors to avoid any future litigation by disgruntled neighbors or future buyers. Priceless insurance.
Highly reccomended and feel lucky we found the best survey team I've ever worked with on the many projects we've taken on.
