Niceeee neighborhood. Houses are very close together parking is tight. Wish they would build like they did in the 70's more space not so compact. Oh yeah ...yards are small.

Great homes in a great neighborhood. Close to the beach, golf course, and the Collections. Dont listen to Ana or Victor. I think Victor is just trying to plug Harvest Santa Paula.

Too expensive and not high quality, just too small and they want your arm and your leg!!
The community has a pool that is so small I’m not sure it’s useable. This place a no go for me most likely not for you either.
