Wasn’t given ANY notification that they would be tearing up our PRIVATE PROPERTY to put in fiber that I DONT NEED and never asked for. Tried emailing and calling the company to see how this is even possible and NO ONE responded! Reporting them to the BBB.

Thought we were done with these trucks . Many times they have been downright rude. One was actually in my drivewaywhere I park at my house. When I asked him to move he said no you'll have to wait 10 more minutes. THEY SHOULD NEVER PARK ON PRIVATE PROPERTY!! WHY CANT WE DO SOMETHI G ABOUT THESE PEOPLE
WHO IS IN CHARGE..SEEEMS NOONE. I WILL CALL THE CITY NEXT.

This company is absolutely horrible. They have completely torn up the town of Hutto laying fiber for Nextlink. They ignore easement lines and don't bother with marking electrical, plumbing, or other network lines that are already there. They have knocked out power, plumbing, or internet (or all 3) on literally every street they have been on and then try to blame it on the homeowners. Completely unprofessional and the crews they employ have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Your workers used our yard and alley all summer as a staging area for your equipment (machinery, pipes, etc.) and porta-potty. We had your workers' trash in our yard and beds - we live on a corner so it was visible to all. We were told early on via Atmos that you would take care of repairing the grass when the project was complete. Someone laid a moon-shaped piece of dried out sod in our yard that promptly died and that's ALL that we've heard. We've tried to contact local workers when they're in the area to no avail. Your company ruined our grass and littered our yard. How do we get any compensation for this?

Been calling for weeks, out of 20calls to two different phone numbers I finally get a answer.
I was trying to get in contact with HR and got Sasha and Naomi's info called them about another 10 times in a couple of weeks and left voice mails and have not got a response.

Two of their trucks nearly ran me of the road! Truck #1 was just driving insanely fast entering 75 southbound. Truck #2 license # HYP-1551 truck #165 I guess got mad because I didn’t yield to him as HE was entering the freeway and slung behind me as if to intimidate me with his big truck! He literally swerved onto the freeway right behind me!
