We had the pleasure of recently working with John Denegri owner of JD3 Custom Homes to remodel a bathroom, railing leading to second level, cabinets and refinishing our bar cabinet. First and foremost when John was recommended to us and when we met with him, we immediately recognized that he is very professional, trustworthy, honest, friendly and a good listener who knows the business. He seeks to understand what our needs and expectations are and asks questions to ensure we understood the whole picture before proceeding. If there were any glitches in scheduling or obtaining material he will quickly notify you. We felt well informed when and what to expect as the project progressed. John would check in with us after the completion of work performed by any of his crew to ensure it met with our expectations of quality work before proceeding to the next task. We felt this to be very important because we felt assured that the work was done properly.
