Beautiful views from most lots in this neighborhood. Homes are all good sizes with mostly open floor plans on larger lots. It is gated and an HOA community. Quiet community with a walking trail.

5/2023 update: RUN. Save yourself headache and stress with all the repairs you will need and constant back and forth on getting Lennar to fix their mistakes. HVAC issues, electrical incorrectly done and they will have the same people come out and tell you everything is fine when it clearly is not.

Homes look beautiful, not great finishing touches/lots of issues. We have been in our home 2 months and have seen the repair people more than family. Issues like 2 leaking doors, window that doesn't close properly, flooring coming up, one bedroom needs new sheetrock for whole ceiling and two walls, many wall texture and paint issues...just to name a few. They are coming almost weekly to fix issues. Two months without a working fireplace (but left gas on) still no response of when it is going to be repaired. Massive drainage issues that should have been addressed prior to moving in and we told it's our problem now since it's our property. Buyer pays high price and gets a mediocre home. Advise to look elsewhere.
