Adriana came to our house prepared with a plan to sell our house and sell it she did. On the market for one day and we received an offer for the full amount without contingencies. She worked with the lender to help us get the best possible loan and was on top of dealing with the realtor of the house we chose to buy. Even the realtor for the new house commented on how good it was working with a true professional. We have used Adriana to buy our first home in California and then sell it 10 years later and now to buy a home after downsizing. Nothing but raves for her service and advice. She is more than a realtor, she is a friend.

I am the seller closing a deal, this has been the worst experience I’ve had dealing with Jose. I’ve bought and sold homes before, I have never had to deal with such unprofessionalism. He doesn’t answer my calls. 30 day escrow turned into 80 day escrow ultimately costing me more money, he falsified escrow approval documents, he agreed to give 1 month of mortgage ($1,700) and they ended up giving $500. I don’t think it’s fair he’s receiving full commission, and I hope this company can help turn around this deal. If I could give zero stars I would!
