Very unreliable service. will bug you for full payment upfront and promise a 2-4 week completion date but ends up taking 4-6 months after multiple follow up calls and text. Before you can start building he will need to visit site again and tries to scam you for more money upfront even if already paid. Make sure not to pay a penny until everything on his part is complete or get a reliable company from the start!

Unfortunately they referred us to this Engineer….. we signed an agreement that he was going to take 6-8 weeks it’s been 2 years and I haven’t seen any permit yet …. We payed him up front as well… hopefully we see this permit soon
