Janice is the best. This was my first time buying a home and she went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right house. She was very helpful and was there for me every step of the way. Janice was my realtor 2 yrs ago and she was great. I never bought a house and had no idea what to do. She walked me through every step and held my hand thro the whole process. She sat so many weekends aside for me. We looked at alot of houses. Most of the time we just met at a bank or her office after i got off and she drove me around in her car. Her car is very clean and shes a pleasure to chat and joke with. Ask her about my BIC lighter joke ? Once i picked one she worked closely with my lender and made the process ez for me, as well as the process at the lawyers office.
