We are very happy with our new backyard. Kelly Butler took the time to listen to what we wanted and came back with a great design for our backyard. The work was done very professionally and on time. 05/08/17 Called to get a quote on getting my backyard landscape. Man answers the phone and says "Yeah What". I thought I called the wrong number. I asked if this was Southwest landscaping and he says again, "Yeah What". I asked if he always talks to potential customers that way. He decided to be sarcastic, so I told him he lost out on a 30k job. Customer service is huge to me, because it doesn't seem to exist anymore. Kelly will never get my business.
