This is a review of GHA which built my house. 1-star warranty service. 5-star beautiful home. That’s my experience with GHA. When you buy newly constructed homes, there’s a 1-year period for fixing things. I did not expect my house to be perfect. However, I expected customer service requests (CSRs) to be handled in a business-like way. That has not been my experience. After 2 years, we still have outstanding warranty requests (cracked floor tile, gaps in stucco, and cracks in cement hardscaping). The most frustrating thing for me is the lack of communication regarding status. I have written many emails asking for updates, but with no response. GHA designs beautiful homes. I just wish their warranty process was as pleasing as their designs. Note: I’m on the HOA Board of Directors and some warranty claims for the common area have not been addressed (street/sidewalk lights not installed, private road not resurfaced, and sidewalk pavers with left-over utility marks).

Idk where to begin. Management doesn't last long but I haven't been ther in awhile. I hope n believe it will definitely get better
