I was ready to sell my two bedroom condo in a 55 an older community in Santa Clarita. I had purchased it and fixed it up very nice. Much nicer than most of the houses around me. When I sold, I was upside down and I needed a buyer who appreciated the work I did. I called Nate Butcher him and his team went to work. It was tough. It took two months but all in all we found a good buyer and everything came out great. I really appreciate Nate and Cristina and their team for all the work they did for me and the sale of my home. It was a long time coming but we finally sold our home, with Nate as our realtor! Nate kept us optimistic when times were tough and encouraged us every step of the way.
