A mutual friend introduced us to Moe, who lives in Southern California. We are currently based outside the US, but we were keen to invest in newly constructed house in LA county. We connected with Moe over phone in December, and over the next six months, he consistently stayed in touch with us, visited the construction site when needed, and negotiated the best possible scenario for us.
