Mark, the owner of Mr. Scape Inc., came out to my house TWICE to look at the property and see the 2D plan I had for my backyard. After that, he told me he would come back to me in 4 days with the proposal and pricing details. After a week, I finally heard from Mark through a short and unclear text saying he can't do any work. He didn't answer my questions and basically disappeared. Based on my experience, Mark is unreliable, full of false promises, and unprofessional. I would never recommend him to anyone and I strongly encourage others to seek service elsewhere! I'm glad I dodged this type of company before I got involved.
