Jeff was very easy to work with. I appreciated him taking the time to come out and look at the room of which we wanted to install the home theater even prior to us agreeing to a contract. I appreciated the different opinions and options he provided us as well as the knowledge of the different products that we could opt for if we wanted. His installation team made sure we were aware of where things would be installed prior to installation and they were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to install a home theater or even check them out for any other possible audio video system needs. I would contact them again should we need anything else done.

We are not a family that invests a lot of money in our entertainment technology but we recently set out to upgrade our ten year old TV. Our living room is oddly shaped and in getting a new TV we also wanted to reorganize to maximize the sitting area relative to the TV, fireplace, and windows. Audio Video Systems was doing some work on a neighbor's house and we gave them a call.

One of the reasons I am so happy with Audio Video Systems is that from the first visit the tackled the whole problem. Jeff was very sensitive to balancing the challenges of our home and meeting our needs. He worked through the options and made it very easy for us to make decisions. In our case we ended up with a significant upgrade in terms of quality picture and sound at a quality and price level that made sense.

The finished project includes a mount from the ceiling in front of our fireplace, a new TV, a receiver, two discrete speakers in the ceiling, and a new Fire stick, all wired to a walk in closet for power and the option of using an HDMI connection. It's not a home theater by most people's standards but it is a terrific set up for us and it delivers a lot of excitement on family movie night (can't wait for football season).

The Audio Video Systems team were total pros from the first consultation to vacuuming up the last bit of dust before they left. The installers were awesome with my kids and thoroughly checked for problems (and solved them) before they took off. After a long day and a few challenges they left our house clean and with everything ready to go.

We're very happy with the professionalism and quality of support and work we received from Audio Video Systems. This was just a terrific experience from start to finish.

We had a small job replacing some AV components and adding a couple. Jeff, his son and team were great. Came on time, worked quickly, cleaned up, polite. I needed a follow up to add a programming feature. They made it a priority to accomplish it. I highly recommend them. This was my first experience with them vs. another company I used for years. I will use AVS again.

Great results from AVS. Jeff and his installation crew (Tyler, Speedy, etc) were first rate. Cleaned up after themselves along the process! Practically unheard of these days. Informative, great communication between the installers and the myself throughout the installation process. The team worked together very well. They ere neat, clean, organized, knew what they were doing and conferenced whenever there was a challenge, which in my house was more than one. The location of the 2 rear speakers were problematic because of the extremely limited access, but the crew persevered and conquered it. The crew placed all the equipment exactly where I specified and just as importantly asked for my direction; they did not make assumptions. This kind of company sets the bar for all subcontractors. Sound and audio end result? Clear, solid, punchy separated. Best movie sound we have ever had in the house.

Great company to work with. They listen to what you want, not what they want to sell you. They will give you the pros and cons of various approaches. We had a surround sound system installed with remote patio speakers as well as a Mantel Mount bracket that enables us to lower a large, above the mantel TV down to a reasonable viewing height. The installers were fantastic. Very neat! No debris left behind. Very adept at fishing wires to all of the speakers. We're very happy to have found Audio Video Systems!

Jeff and his crew from Audio Video Systems did an exceptional job on our new home audio/video system. They demonstrated an awareness of what my wife and I were after, and their level of responsiveness to any issues or questions we've had has been par excellent. It's rare to see a company that works just as hard AFTER the system is installed to make sure you are happy and that you understand it's function, but Jeff and the guys do exactly that. We have been thrilled with our system and would highly recommend Audio Video Systems for any new or existing audio video system work in your home.

When we built our home, we decided to have AVS take care of our sound system, lighting, security and automatic shades. Jeff and his son Bo gave us a great package at a very competitive price. They started and completed the project on time and on budget. They even talked us out of upgrades, which they correctly said were not needed. Where else can you find that! But the best thing about AVS, is they made us feel like friends, and not customers. I would give AVS six stars if I could.
