Very professional company. I asked my contractor who is the best in home theater and he quickly pointed out Chelsea Audio Video. I called and needed help getting off the starting line on exploring what a theater room might look like and cost. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Audio Video. I purchased several golden ear speakers probably 10 years ago. Unfortunately one of them started having interference issues with one of the built in amplifiers. I reached out about fixing this problem and from initial contact Kyle Grimm took care of me and had the speaker fixed and even sent an employee to my house to finish fixing it. I am overly impressed to get that kind of service these days. It's unheard of and to top it off they didn't charge me a dime! Just wrapped up a full home install with Chelsea Audio and cant say enough great things about them!

The moment I walked in I was greeted by Kyle, he took the time to ask what I was wanting to accomplish and help find what would be a great fit. They came out and looked over the house and walked through with me what we could do. The follow up and follow through on everything was great.

For the living room ended up going with a new 15" REL sub, Focal wall mounted center, Sony 85" TV, 4 in ceiling 8" Focal speakers, and used my existing towers, and receiver for now.

In my game room they mounted my old 83" TV and installed a Sonus Sound bar and sub and then mounted up my other tv in my bedroom with a new swivel mount.

The install team was on time, professional, and friendly. They took the time and consideration to keep checking in with me about mounting height and location of each item. The install of everything couldn't be any cleaner! They also made sure everything was updated, programmed, and tuned to perfection.

Ill be reaching out soon to upgrade to some Focal Konta 3's and adding another 15" REL to the other side of the room soon!

I have dealing with Kyle for about 30 years now. known Ford #3 as long. This is the best family ran business I can think of! They have taken years of my questions and we always have the best bang for the buck discussion. They have always taken care of me even loaning me some gear for my wedding reception 20 years ago. Answering my questions for about 30 years is a huge time commitment even if they didn't get the sell today. Now they are finishing up the theater room in our new home. I am very picky and there is no one else I would trust to come in our home to do this except Kyle and his team. I feel that the negative review that was given was by some one that had no clue about anything, as in all time I have dealing with the Chelsea family I have been treated better than you can imagine.
