Shane is pure gold. I've purchased two homes and sold another over the last 11 years and have worked with Shane (and Briana on the second home purchase) for both the loans, purchases and the sale. I've also done 4 re-finances and have unbelievable rates due to Shane letting me know 'NOW IS THE TIME'. Shane gets things done, he's great at communicating where you are in the process, understanding that life is also happening and has a vast network of folks to help if additional work is needed (cleaning, landscaping, etc.). Buying and selling houses, especially the first one can be incredibly stressful but Shane is a modicum of calm and reassuring. He genuinely cares about doing a great job and is honest, upfront and direct. He's jumped in and done things far beyond his realm of responsibilities. I trust him entirely and completely and I will never use another agent or broker as long as Shane is still working. I truly can't imagine a better experience.

Shane and Brianna are the best to work with, they make the buying, selling and finance process as smooth as possible. Welch Realty and Smart Loans is a one stop shop, they are able to work with all of your needs as well as getting the job done accurately. I have purchased and sold seven homes with them and used there loans and I have never had an issue working with them. Shane and Brianna are the only ones in the business I can trust and I am able to be completely open with them in what I am looking for in a home. When working with Welch Realty all of your needs are guaranteed to be met, they are very responsive and are with you the whole way through. I only recommend them as I know the job will get done. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate them and all of there hard work in making sure their clients are happy and secure with there decisions in the real estate process. I have very high and particular needs when I am looking for a home and they are able to jump right in and get me what I am looking for without a complaint. I do not have to ever worry about them being dishonest with me, not being available or not catering to my needs which is very hard to find in this business . We recently had the pleasure of working with Briana Garcia of Welch Realty Group. She made sure everything went as it should throughout our entire home selling process. Briana is an excellent communicator and kept us in the loop every step of the way, making herself readily available to us. We felt very supported by Briana and Shane her broker. Briana is very professional and respectful. She was always open to our questions, and if she did not have an answer for us, she networked or researched to find it. Our home went on the market on Thursday and sold by Monday. Through Briana's diligence, we received eight over asking price offers for our home.
