MY EXPERIENCE WITH JASMINE SUNKARA WAS FAR FROM FRIENDLY!

When I kindly mentioned to her I am a real estate investor and I was interested in one of her fixer properties. She quickly made it clear she would not entertain and offers less than 50k over her clients asking price, even though no other offers were on the table.

Her sharp tone, attitude, along with not willing to accommodate a potential buyers schedule and only concerned about fitting me into to hers was a clear indication that this person only cares about herself and is not willing to work with potential buyers.

I can only imagine what it would be like if I listed one of my properties with her. She didn't give me the opportunity to state that if she helped me purchase the property at a fair price I would list it with her once the rehab was completed!

She comes across as someone who doesn't care about others, but only cares about what benefits her.

She isn't a person I would want listing or buying a home with.
