I would highly recommend Chris and The Malone Group for your real estate and mortgage broker. He is incredibly knowledgeable and honest about the market when we were looking for a house for my mom. He was always ready to show us potential houses and was honest about the amount of work that would need to be done to an older home. I honestly felt like he looked at every home through the lens of would he put his parents in the home. If you want some one who listens to what you want in a home and not just show you what’s on the market, Chris is your guy!

The Malones are incredible agents. My son was buying a new build and the in house lender tried sticking him with a very high rate. Chris was able to cut the points and got him a rate a full point lower than the builder’s loan agent. I can’t speak highly enough about Chris and how he went the extra mile for my son’s situation.

My husband and I have been on the hunt on and off to find our perfect home over the last couple of years and just begun seriously looking in June this year 2024. We found the Malone Group a couple of years ago while driving through the Fair Oaks village area and decided to stop by, we ended up meeting Chris and because of his genuinity we decided to make him our realtor. Over the couple of years that we have known Chris, we would call him to ask questions related to the home buying process and he really invested his time and patience with us, he continued to give us wonderful advice, and he was NEVER pushy on making a sale and this is what we LOVED the most! As of last month, we are now homeowners, Thanks to Chris and his perseverance in making sure that we found the right home that was perfect for us. This was our first time purchasing a home and Chris really made the home buying process as seamless as possible!! Chris and Terri are THE dynamic duo in realty. My partner and I decided we were ready to look for our first home in February of this year and, on the recommendation of a close friend, we reached out to the Malone Group! They walked us through every step of the hunting process, ALL of the financial things we would need to do/work on/look out for, answered every single question we asked completely (and there were a lot), and really just made sure we knew that they were on our side! They were super flexible about showing times, they were encouraging when we felt like we couldn't find anything, and SO incredibly kind during the whole process and I truly can't recommend them enough.
