A company with no regard to the neighbors surrounding their construction sites. Workers are rude and disrespectful, seeming to delight at the inconvenience they cause. They occupied the only parking next to my apartment (40+ spots) with multiple trailers and machines, and blocked my apartment's exit route for 8+ months. They frequently block the now only enterance/exit route with large machines and make residents wait to enter/leave, or tell them to "go around" which is not possible (I live in a cul de sac). They somehow obtained a "permit" to work loudly from 12am-11am on Saturday morning (Friday night) on the premise that working during the day would block traffic, but as you can see above they have no problem blocking traffic daily. The workers pointed and laughed at residents as they came out of their homes to see what the midnight noise was about. If you want to maintain a good relationship with your neighbors do not hire this company.
