Sand discussed with me very good. Had a phone call to discuss expectations. was very helpful and will include a visit of the property within a week. Property will be evaluated. So far evaluations etc. are free. The company handles all aspects of the project. Permits, Plans, utilities and construction all included was the plans and cost is determined.

I have been working with Andy Frausto-Jimenez and he has been very helpful during this process. I had a few concerns with other companies I have worked with and are no longer in business but he reassured me that Nonna Homes is stable and have been building ADU's for sometime now. Andy has also been key in referring me to a finance team to help me finance my project and that was actually very helpful for me. I would recommend working with Andy at Nonna Homes, he is a very nice and helpful person and will help you on your journey to build your brand new ADU.

so far everything is great, Shannon has been extremely helpful. we are purchasing this home for my 85 year old mother, she is set in her ways and both Dave and Shannon have bent over backwards to satisfy all her concerns.
