SO!!!!! I have SO much to say and not enough space to write. Artoo Design saved my business. Before hiring Ramy I hired a company called lake view designs. The so called architect was not even licensed and is a complete fraud. He completely lied about pulling permits, paying fines, and completing tasks that I had paid him to do. His name was Mike Martinez. So be very careful who you hire. Ramy at Artoo designs pulled all my permits. Met with me numerous times at the city to get things expedited. He is the most honest, brilliant, reliable, trustworthy man in the business by far. The previous company left me in a serious bind and Artoo designs was the best choice I could have ever made for the job. I'm very grateful to have met Ramy and I recommend him to EVERYONE that needs his expertise.

We hired Ramy to design a room and full bath addition on our house. We were very impressed with his freehand drawing of our idea as we discussed our project with him during our first consultation. He understood everything we wanted and knew exactly how to make our concept a reality. He was very knowledgeable on the permit process and inspection process once we started construction. Hiring Ramy to design and engineer my project of a new single family residence with an attached junior ADU and a detached ADU was a great decision. He is a highly attentive professional and offers practical, implementable, design advice. The drawings of the home had few revisions with the city and he responded to them very quickly. He was with me every step of the way and made the process with plan check go smoothly. The house and ADUs are extremely aesthetic and raise the neighborhoods appeal. Ramy was a life saver for my project. Initially, We have hired designer for my healthcare construction project and it was a big mistake. Designer (drafter - not a licensed architect) took 2 months to draft the plans and then submitted to city and city gave us 33 comments back in return. My designer took another 2 months trying to resolve and finally he gave up and we had to fire him from the job. We then hired another licensed architect and he was even worst than designer. He sat on project for 3 months without doing any work just to tell us oh i did not do anything yet but i can get started on your project. I told him - you are fired. I know lot of people say, third time will be a charm, and we then found Ramy from google/yelp listing and hired him. Ramy promised me to do finish initial architectural work in 3 weeks (he did it on time without any follow up) and then said it will take another 3 to 4 weeks for MEP (he did it on time. MEP stands for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Plans including Calcs). When we submitted the plans to city - City only gave us 5 silly comments back in first round.... Second round we got 2 comments back... We just received the building permit issued yesterday 5/29/2024 to start the construction phase.
Whenever we have any questions regarding projects or plans or need clarifications, I just text him and he calls me as soon as possible and resolve or help with issue.
Thank you Ramy for outstanding job. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommended to anyone who is looking for solid architect who knows what he is doing.
