Tony has been excellent agent providing responsible and proactive service. I’m an out of state buyer working in WA to hunt a first home in CA. Tony is a patient agent to respect buyer’s expectation and targeted budget; he would provide a lot of alternative property to give me wider range to consider. Once the house hunting strategy is set up based on my comfortable budget, Tony would do detailed checking on the considerable property before showing the list to me. He had full passion to his job, paying extra attention on all stages of the entire process. He was even in the property to watch and send pictures of inspection service and other pre-repair service. For a buyer not possible to check lots of detail in person, what he did was absolutely out of my expectation and released my concern.
