As the co-founder of a design studio, my husband and I have been working exclusively with AE Contractor, statewide, on both residential and commercial projects for over 15 years. Our first project together solidified our trust in Miguel: A house we designed and AE built. Miguel met the fluidity of our process with openness and the understanding that our projects would be aesthetically driven and might have certain changes. We were never penalized with change fees as he understood how we worked as designers and encouraged our ability to reach our vision. Miguel's knowledge is vast, his pricing is very fair, and AE strives to make certain their clients are satisfied.

I hired this company to help prep a house I needed to sell eight years ago and they were awesome. They also helped me with a siding project where they discovered a penetrated water pipe with a slow leak - fixed the same day. They showed me everything as it was happening. When it came time to build an apartment above our garage so my husband could retire, I called on them again. They offered the best price of three quotes. The apartment was done this past week and I am blown away! AE Contractors did what they said they would do (involving an arsenal of professionals from structural and soil engineers, architects, and all the professions necessary) They designed the apartment, got all necessary permits and inspections all went off without a hitch. They completed the job in the time they told me. I am ecstatic. They have experience I could rely on regarding functionality, budget, and design., too. Who else can say construction /renovation was easy Call this company.
