Darin represented me to sell my condo in 2022. I had been through three different agents to sell the same property so I was able to clearly see how competent he was to represent me as a seller.

- Knowledge & Professionalism: We initially got connected in 2021 but Darin convinced me to wait till spring 2022 to sell my condo. He showed the trend in pricing in my area and came up with the best selling season for my property based on his & his org's experiences. He never pushed me but gave me the options based on my best interest (urgency to sell VS highest profits for longer term). Average selling price in 2021 was higher, but Darin was able to sell my condo even higher in 2022 than 2021.
- Detail Oriented & Availability: On top of his competence & professionalism, I was very impressed by his detailed care. Since I was away from my property, there were so many tasks, both big & small, to take care of to sell the property. Darin not only was willing to roll up his sleeves for my requests, he anticipated any potential issues from buyers in advance so that I can minimize any issues/delay in selling the property. Again, that's why I was able to sell the property higher than the initial price anticipated.
- Seller's Interest First: I remember Darin came up with multiple buyer applicants, but still advised me to wait for better potentials for me. The difference in commission to him could be minimal, but I got the impression that he really cares about customers and the long-term reputation/credibility in the business. He never looked for the short-term/easy gain, but preferred to satisfy customers for long term relationship.
