Not only was it in the thick of a global pandemic in a crazy market but we originally lived a few hours away all of which would make things difficult but not in our case! Jonathan made the process as smooth as possible and gave us his full attention making us feel like we were his only clients. We were in the process in buying a home with this realty company. Two months in after our offer being accepted we come to find out one of the agents had never confirmed with the sellers about them covering our closing costs or getting a addendum/contract signed, we made it clear to our loan officer that it would be no deal if they didn't cover closing costs. We were under the impressing for two months the sellers were going to cover closing costs if they got there 20% down. We were played and whats even more sad, our living quarters closes escrow on their place July 5th 2021, we will be forced to move across the country to live with my family because we chased this thanks another Angel. Very disappointing.
