From Design, getting permits from the city and getting into construction - they worked through every detail and ensured project progressed smoothly on time and finished unit blended seamlessly into the main house. Raj assisted us as both an architect and structural engineer throughout our construction process. Our plans involved earthquake-proofing the entire house, retaining a significant portion of the existing structure, completely renovating our bedrooms, and adding a new room above the garage. We had a wonderful experience working with Raj and Neelu on an addition to our house. We came with the idea of wanting to add a bedroom and bathroom to our house, but not having a sense of how they could be placed to go with our existing structure. Raj designed the addition in a way we never would have considered. The design worked wonderfully with our existing house and made it feel like one full home. Raj and Neelu then saw us through the approval process and were able guide us through the many steps helping us know what to expect.

We also worked with them on the construction of the house. They were wonderful at communicating around the timelines and choices that we had to make. They kept the project moving at a quick pace and made sure that we were able to comfortably live in the house throughout the time they were doing the work.

Throughout the project, it has been wonderful working with them! As we've lived in the new space and it has been exciting to have the beautiful work and many small touches that make the new rooms feel natural in design and construction with the rest of the house. A lovely addition to our home.
