Connie and Colette are the same person. One of them still owes the contractor money. Nick has done numerous projects for me he always gets the job done. He goes above and beyond For the best price possible. I personally don’t have one bad thing to say about Nick or his crew I think they do an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone of my friends.

This has nothing to do with business and this customers name is not connie she is mad at my son for refusing to give her any information in the Oroville dam project. The customer has known my son for 20 years. It was only 10 days ago that I personally stood in front of he house and heard the customer tell my son how much she apprisheated him and how he has done such an excellent job. There were no employees on this job other than the contractor himself and customers own son who is not an employee but trying to " help" during non- business hours but actually doing more harm than good. Letting un authrised un licences family members work on a contractors project is a breach of contract and qualifies the partially unpaid and partially un finished portion of the contract to be voided immediately.

They Did An Amazing Job On Our Home, They Were Prompt, Clean and Unbelievably Professional !! We Hired Them To Redo Our Bathroom and Kitchen and I Cannot Believe The Result!! Love ❤️ It !! Please if you value your property and money do not use this guy. We had a pool at our property that we ended up paying him in two payments for in full and he still has not fixed the pool, he started on it, attempted to and stopped and does not return phones calls, emails, texts. He was paid alot of money to him because he said the problem was fixed and took fictitious pictures of the pool and claimed it was fixed and it is still sitting empty. He is a bad contractor that should not be allowed to have a license, we have had to get the BBB and Contractors License bureau involved.

He and his crew would leave tools and open paint cans out when they left for the day. One day he and his crew left and never came back to finish the job. And he had already been paid! He is not reliable or responsible.

Nicholas Abe Malone contracted to paint our home. HE IS A THIEF AND HERION ADDICT. He NEVER finished the job, left a total mess, the stairs he and his Dad, Abe Malone, built will have to be torn out, not safe. HE STOLE OUR GENERATOR OUT OF THE GARAGE. HE STOLE FROM A DISABLED VIETNAM VET, WHO NEEDED THAT TO POWER HIS OXYGEN. NICK IS A HERION ADDICT.

WOW what can I say he left me speechless I've never seen a company go above and beyond so many extras great quality professional I've used them four times from rentals to private did add ONS a complete build and two remodels all my friends and family have nothing but respect for this company plan on using them again whenever we need a job done are asked we always recommend pacific west property development !!!
