Our Tribal Housing authority hired Mr. Cauldwell to do the stucco work on all our new HUD homes, I was very displeased at the poor work that was done on my sons home. Cracks above every window & door that go clear up to the roof. Not to mention the stucco mess that was left all around the home and about 3 bags of sand not used just wide open left on the ground. Mr. Cauldwells to come recheck his employee’s work ethic! What I want to know is what are you going to do to fix the cracks & when are you going to clean up your mess? Very unprofessional!

Troy did a painting job for us that was out of town. He scheduled us, showed up on the day scheduled with crew and ready to work.
They did an amazing job and we are so happy with the outcome.
Troy dis a great job on both the stucco and painting, I would highly recommend this Company.

Well, I had high hopes because when we called Troy he showed up and seemed very pleasant. He gave us a quote and said he would do the job and to just let him know if we wanted him to do the work. He said he'd be gone , so he couldn't start for 2 weeks. I emailed him the next day that we wanted him to do the project. I waited the two weeks expecting he'd call upon return. After two and a half weeks, I left a friendly message. Its been a few months gone by now and Troy never returned any of our calls. The job we wanted done was kinda time sensitive to colder temperatures, so leaving us hanging was really rude. Unless Troy died, I cant figure out why he couldn't pick up the phone and take two minutes of his time to say "Hey, I cant/wont/don't/ want to do the job". That would be the professional thing to do. But he didn't, so I guess I can add him to the Bishop list of people who aren't reliable and don't have good manners. I've talked to several people in this town that have the same complaint, either people don't show up at all, or they don't call back. I call it lazy. If you're too busy with another job, just let me know, don't ignore me.
