Terrible services. After several calls and no returned calls or any communication, I am done. I submitted my drawings, repeated promises of a review and no one calls back. I had a site visit and I was promised an appt. No one is effective here! I was told to call daily, forget it! Found a great, professional team that is happy to help. DO NOT try these ppl as your care will be sub par.

I would not recommend Kadtec at all! We have been in the architecture design, review and county submission process for over 2.5 years for a simple residential addition. Kadtec is slow, has terrible communication, and have been incapable of keeping us up to date with the process. Additionally, filed our plans incorrectly and they made us overpay to the county because they weren’t up-to-date on ADU code, which means that our plans for an ADU are now out the window. And oh - we have yet to receive a refund for the misfiling. We can’t even get copies of our plans to get quotes for potential builds this summer, which means Kadtec has lost us two summers of building opportunities. We really wanted this process to work out and quickly, but our patience has been tried and I would not recommend them. Please do yourself a favor and go with any other firm even though these guys are local. Don’t waste your time with Kadtec.
