Total bait and switch...
I was quoted a steep price to have my foundation repaired/replaced in some areas, our house bolted to the foundation, and basement walls sheared. Bill seemed like a nice guy so we trusted him at first and accepted the bid.

50% of the areas of our foundation that were supposed to be cut out and replaced with new concrete were not done. They filled a 10ft crack with a thin layer of concrete and painted over it to make it look like they did it right. You can still see the cracks clear as day. There is also a giant crack in a corner of my basement that is still migrating that was supposed to get a giant plate bolted to it to keep it from moving further. This was never touched. The excuse for not completing the job was that they built a dinky little wooden fence to help support an area of the basement that was not explained correctly and a total waste of time. I had an engineer inspect the work and he laughed at the idea and told me that I was ripped off.

After doing a fraction of the work, he then tried to up-charge me by $5000.

I do not recommend.

A piece of wood flew out of their truck and hit my car…they did not pull over and I didn’t see any damage so I let it go so I could go to work.

I called their number to tell them and no one answered and voice mail is full. I texted and no reply. Imagine if I was a customer with a problem and couldn’t get in touch…
