The Testorff Construction group is better than Family!!! They are Awesome!!!! They hesitantly took over my ADU project a previous scammer shoddy contractor’s mess. I will be forever grateful to this Team of professional, over competent, beautiful building skills and empathy. I can go on and on, I’m so happy to see the finished ADU. The team is now remodeling my main house as well. They are patient, and know how to make a simple design a WOW! design. A special Shout out to MARIO and Alex, but it really takes a TEAM to have such a beautiful out come. I used to think having a project manager was not important. But now I see it really is the most important part of the construction. Pete has been the best!!! I give the Team Virtual Big Hugs every day!!! Do not trust anyone else but TESTORFF!!! You will have no regrets!!!!

Testorff Construction. They've got a solid rep around Aptos! They're known for their quality work and attention to detail, and I've heard they really listen to what you want. Plus, they're all about sustainable building practices, which is super cool given all the beautiful nature around us. People seem to love their customer service and how they keep you in the loop during the whole process. It's like they're really invested in making sure you're happy with the end result, you know? If you're thinking about a project, they're definitely worth a look!

Peter and his crew are absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, on time( they actually finished our deck ahead of schedule!) very high quality work. The guys worked hard, and built the most beautiful deck I have seen. All the details are what really stand out, from sanding every board so we can walk barefoot, to the trim pieces. It’s better than we could have imagined. Our deck is the best part of our house now. Can’t thank him and his crew enough! We will definitely be using Testorff again!

I had tried for 12 COVID long months to get a contractor to do three things I needed done BEFORE I moved permanently into the house but no luck... THEN I speak to my realtor and he refers me to Pete Testorff Construction.

I needed a concrete pad, a CATio for my cats, and laundry room cabinets. All of this was done by 4/13.

I worked with Pete the owner to scope the work and he sent Alvaro and Omar to complete the work.

Alvaro and Omar were polite, punctual and communicated with me if they had questions. They cleaned up after themselves and were COVID safe the entire time

I had the most negative experience with Chris Barrera at Testroff. I emailed Chris before showing up to my client house everything he needs to know about the property, I gave him the access code to the property. He couldn't get in for some reason never called me, never emailed me back to follow up and then when I emailed him he concluded that was another lock on gate that doesn't even exist. Week went by without any communication then he insulted me with his emails blaming all on his client. I will never work with this man the most insulting guy I ever dealt with in my life professionally. There are better more respected contractor you don't need this I advise you to stay away from Chris Barrerra.
